A Refined Redesign for 2025

Audi has consistently focused on enhancing its entry-level A3 sedan, with the latest updates being no exception. The 2025 Audi A3 marks a significant step forward, showcasing improvements both inside and out, as well as under the hood. This includes a more prominent diffuser in the redesigned rear bumper and an updated front bumper and grille, ensuring a fresh and modern aesthetic.

Enhanced Performance and Technology

The performance upgrades for both the A3 and its higher-performance counterparts, the S3 and RS 3, are noteworthy. The A3’s 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine now boasts an additional 15 pounds-feet of torque, totaling 236, while maintaining its 201 horsepower. On the other hand, the S3’s turbocharged 2.0-liter engine gains an extra 22 hp, now delivering 328 hp. Both engines come with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, fine-tuned for better responsiveness and quicker shifts.

Inside, the advancements continue with more standard equipment, including a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch touchscreen. Ambient lighting is now standard, enhancing the cabin’s comfort and functionality. Additionally, a 360-degree camera system will be available later within the 2025 model year.

Increased Standard Features and Availability

In an impressive move, Audi has also made all-wheel drive (AWD) a standard feature for even the base model of the A3. This change significantly boosts the vehicle’s appeal, offering enhanced traction and driving stability across various terrains. The S3 model benefits from stiffer suspension bushings and the torque-vectoring rear differential found in the RS 3, with the addition of a new dynamic plus drive mode designed to optimize the performance further.

Prospective buyers can look forward to the availability of the 2025 Audi A3 and S3 in the fourth quarter of 2024. The full pricing details, inclusive of the $1,295 destination fee, are as follows:

  • A3 Premium: $39,495
  • Premium Plus: $42,095
  • S3 Premium: $49,995
  • Premium Plus: $52,395
  • Prestige: $56,195
