The GT Fastback V8 automatic version is now $81,990, up $1088 and the GT Convertible V8 automatic sits at $87,667 after a $915 increase. All prices are before on-road costs.
New Features and Specifications
This updated model sees the introduction of a bronze appearance pack for the GT Fastback and GT Convertible models. This new feature includes bronze exterior badges and 19-inch bronze-painted alloy wheels, replacing the previously available black appearance pack. Additionally, the Mustang lineup has welcomed a new colour option, Molten Magenta, while retiring Atlas Blue, Dark Matter Grey, Rapid Red, and Yellow Splash.
Mustang Dark Horse Sold-Out
Ford has confirmed that the limited-edition Mustang Dark Horse variant is sold out in Australia, with all 1000 units now accounted for. As a result, the option will no longer be available in the market.

All base specifications for the Mustang EcoBoost and GT remain consistent with the 2024 model. Highlights include a 232kW/475Nm 2.3-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, Brembo performance brakes, a larger radiator, and upgraded fans compared to base US models, among other features.
