F1 2025 Launch Season: A New Format

The excitement for the F1 2025 season is building, with preparations well underway as teams gear up for a competitive year. For the first time, all ten teams will gather under one roof at the O2 in London, where they will reveal their new liveries on February 18. This new format for the launch season aims to enhance the sense of camaraderie and competition among teams as they unveil their innovations for the upcoming races.

Haas Joins the Preseason Excitement

Among the teams making strides in their preparations is Haas. Their new car, the VF-25, has recently emerged at Silverstone, showcasing its potential on track. Esteban Ocon was seen behind the wheel, marking an important step in the development of Haas’s 2025 campaign. As the team navigates the initial phases of testing, they will aim to fine-tune the vehicle ahead of the main season.

Other Teams Take Center Stage

Not to be outdone, McLaren took an unexpected lead in the launch season, revealing their MCL39 during a filming day at Silverstone. This car is designed with hopes of contending for the title double. Following McLaren, Williams also debuted their FW47, featuring the four-time grand prix winner, Carlos Sainz, who took the car for an initial spin. These early actions by teams underscore the urgency and determination each is bringing to the 2025 season preparations.
