The pricing for the 2025 Tiguan lineup has been officially announced, with the model expected to hit dealerships soon. All prices include a destination fee of $1,425. The base model, Tiguan S, starts at ,920, while the trim levels are priced as follows:

  • S: $30,920
  • SE: $34,420
  • SE R-Line Black: $36,880
  • SEL R-Line: $41,180

Additionally, all-wheel drive can be added to the S and SE R-Line Black trims for ,500, and 0 for the SE trim. The SEL R-Line comes standard with all-wheel drive, enhancing its off-road capabilities.

Powertrain Specifications and Key Features

Under the hood, the 2025 Tiguan features a revised 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 201 horsepower, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Although official EPA-rated fuel economy numbers are yet to be released, this engine promises a balanced performance suitable for both city and highway driving.

Each trim is equipped with essential features, starting from the 17-inch alloy wheels on the S trim, progressing to advanced driver-assistance technology through the IQ.Drive suite, which includes adaptive cruise control and lane departure assists. The top-tier SEL R-Line packs luxury updates like a 15-inch infotainment display, ventilated quilted leather seating, and ambient lighting options.
