Introducing the 2025 BMW R1300RT

The all-new 2025 BMW R1300RT stands as a remarkable upgrade in the sports-tourer segment. With a powerful 1300cc shift cam engine, it delivers an impressive 143bhp—an increase of 9bhp from its predecessor, the R1250RT. More than just an aesthetic refresh, the R1300RT introduces a series of refinements designed to elevate the touring experience.

Enhanced Features and Performance

This motorcycle showcases a sleeker body and upgraded technology, including a sporty riding position that doesn’t compromise on comfort. The new chassis with telelever front end and paralever rear gives the R1300RT its distinct agility and stability. Notably, the cornering headlight adapts to speed, providing enhanced visibility, while the audio system has been fine-tuned for an improved listening experience.

Practicality Meets Sportiness

With a weight of 620 lbs (281 kg) and a low seat height of 30.7 inches (780 mm), the R1300RT strikes a balance between performance and practicality. Although it’s an evolution rather than a revolution, it raises the bar in long-distance motorcycle touring. Riders will appreciate the upgraded heated grips and seats that warm up rapidly, enhancing comfort on those long journeys. However, the new clutchless gearbox may not suit every rider due to its occasional jerky performance.

The BMW R1300RT impressively maintains its legacy, showcasing that it is, indeed, a class act in the touring market. With its pricing starting at £18,900, this motorcycle is positioned as a luxurious choice for serious enthusiasts seeking impeccable refinement and performance.
