Introduction to the Big Ride

This summer, motorcyclists across the UK are invited to participate in the inaugural Two Wheels for Life ‘Big Ride.’ This nationwide charity ride-out is designed to engage riders while supporting a fantastic cause. Rather than a traditional group ride with a fixed start, participants can chart their own courses as they make their way to Mallory Park Race Circuit.

Event Details and Challenges

Scheduled for August 16, the Big Ride is not just about reaching the destination; it’s about the journey and the challenges that lie along the way. Riders will be tasked with completing various challenges set by motorcycle icons including Peter Hickman and Niall Mackenzie. The finish line will be celebrated at the Festival of Motorcycling, hosted by Classic Bike Trackdays, featuring exciting activities such as static displays, track sessions, and off-road antics. Be sure to arrive by 3 PM with evidence of completed challenges!

Registration and Prizes

Entry for the Big Ride costs £50. Riders also have the opportunity to purchase optional track tickets for additional laps of the Leicestershire circuit. Not only will participants earn invaluable festival entry, but those who raise funds and conquer the most challenges stand to win fantastic prizes. Additionally, there’s a chance to mingle with racing legends like Randy Mamola, making this an experience to remember.

Two Wheels for Life plays a crucial role in supporting vital medical outreach programs in rural Africa. Here, motorcycles serve as a lifeline, enabling access to isolated communities. Join in on this incredible adventure and help make a difference!
