Having kicked off the second leg of their incredible journey in December 2023, they set off on their budget-friendly Honda CG125 motorcycles. After covering an astounding 23,000 miles in 326 days through 22 African countries, their adventure is only just beginning!
From Africa to Asia: The Journey Ahead
After six months navigating Africa, the couple is gearing up to resume their adventure in mid-September. They plan to make a quick stop in South Africa for some new tires before heading north towards Kenya. Tom shared, “We spent 186 days and 17,000 miles just getting to South Africa!” It’s evident that their exploration spirit is not bound by the limits of time or distance – they have their sights set on continuing their journey to either Asia or Europe, with the final leg expected to take another six months.
