The production-ready version of KTM’s highly anticipated 990RCR parallel-twin sportsbike has finally been revealed! Factory assembly kicks off this month, and European customers can expect their orders soon. Since its initial concept debut in May 2024, the 990RCR has faced delays due to a challenging financial period, but the wait is nearly over.

Performance and Specifications

The 990RCR is equipped with a robust 947cc parallel twin engine, sharing its design with the 990 Duke naked model. With a powerful output of 128.2bhp at 9500rpm and a torque of 76lb.ft at 6750rpm, this bike promises impressive performance. Weighing in at around 195kg ready to ride and featuring a 15.7-litre fuel tank, the RCR is designed to deliver both power and agility. The lean-sensitive electronics, operated through an 8.8-inch TFT dash, ensure riders have everything they need at their fingertips, whether on the road or track.

Design and Features

Available in striking orange or black, the KTM 990RCR not only looks good but is engineered for comfort. With a seat height of 845mm and adjustable footpegs across three positions, riders can find their perfect fit. The bike’s suspension system includes advanced WP open cartridge forks and a monoshock, delivering a top-notch riding experience. Furthermore, the latest Brembo calipers add exceptional stopping power to this thrilling machine.
