The 2025 Mazda Miata 35th Anniversary Edition is set to capture the hearts of car enthusiasts as it makes its debut in the United States. This limited edition vehicle pays tribute to the beloved sports car that continues to embody a spirit of youth and adventure, even as it approaches its mid-30s. Unveiled in Japan in October 2024, the special edition was unveiled in a grand reveal at the Rolex 24 at Daytona, coinciding with the MX-5 Cup race.

Exclusive Features and Styling

With only 300 units available in the U.S., the Miata 35th Anniversary will be offered in a stunning Artisan Red Metallic, a striking upgrade from Mazda’s iconic Soul Red Crystal. The vehicle’s design includes 17-inch multi-spoke wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza tires, enhancing both aesthetics and performance. Inside, drivers will find luxurious tan Nappa leather Grand Touring seats and color-matched trim, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort.

Performance and Driving Experience

Under the hood, the MX-5 maintains the proven Skyactiv-G 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, delivering 181 horsepower and 151 pound-feet of torque. The 35th Anniversary Edition comes exclusively with a six-speed manual transmission, emphasizing a driving experience that remains true to the Miata’s legacy. Built with tuned Bilstein dampers and an asymmetric limited-slip differential, this edition promises a thrilling ride with responsive handling, a hallmark of the Miata brand.
