The Bike’s Achievements

The 2023 KTM RC16 played a crucial role in Binder’s successful season, featuring two sprint wins in Argentina and Jerez, along with five Grand Prix podiums. Binder’s performance propelled him to fourth place in the 2023 standings. This remarkable machine notably reached an astonishing speed of 227.5 mph down the Mugello straight, setting a record that remains unbeaten.

Specifications That Impress

When it comes to specifications, the KTM RC16 does not disappoint. The bike boasts a powerful 295bhp, 1000cc V4 engine that revs up to 18,000 rpm, featuring a pneumatic valve train and a six-speed seamless gearbox. It incorporates advanced electronics, all magneti marelli-spec, and weighs only 157kg. Additionally, the RC16 is equipped with WP suspension, Brembo brakes with carbon discs, and a full titanium Akrapovič exhaust system, making it a highlight for collectors.

This auction will see the bike sold in full running condition, but it’s essential to note that it is intended for display purposes only. Modification or opening of the sealed motor is prohibited. Interested buyers should also coordinate with KTM for any potential riding demonstrations, as the factory retains first refusal rights upon resale.
