Genesis gave its GV80 a light face-lift for the 2025 model year
The entry-level turbo 2.5-liter four makes 300 horsepower and 311 pounds-feet of torque, and the available twin-turbo 3.5-liter V-6 generates 375 hp and 391 pounds-feet. An eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive is the only drivetrain available. With the turbo four, the GV80 is rated by the EPA at 19/24/21 mpg city/highway/combined; those figures drop to 16/22/19 with the twin-turbo six.
The 2025 Genesis GV80 will go on sale in the coming weeks, although the 2.5T Standard and Select won’t arrive at dealers until summer. Full pricing is as follows (all prices include $1,350 destination):

Every 2025 Genesis GV80 comes with a comprehensive suite of standard safety tech. The suite features forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure steering assist, blind spot monitors, rear cross-traffic alert, driver attention monitor, parking sensors and automatic high beams.
In addition, the GV80 2.5T Standard includes 19-inch wheels, self-leveling rear suspension, LED exterior lighting, a hands-free power liftgate, and keyless entry and start. Inside, it features synthetic leather upholstery, heated and power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone climate control, adjustable ambient lighting, the new 27-inch digital dashboard with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay (wireless integration will arrive later in 2024), Wi-Fi and a 12-speaker sound system.
The 2.5T sits above the 2.5T Standard in the trim hierarchy. It adds a heated steering wheel, manual rear window shades, a temporary spare tire and Genesis Digital Key, which allows the owner to use their phone as a vehicle key. Upgrading to the 2.5T Select adds 20-inch wheels, a panoramic moonroof and matte-finish wood interior trim.
The 2.5T Advanced lives up to its name by adding more standard safety tech, including blind spot cameras, a 360-degree camera system and automatic braking for when you’re parking. If you’d still rather not deal with that task, the 2.5T Advanced features automated parking, too. It is also upgraded with real leather upholstery, ventilated front seats and a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system.
At the top of the 2.5T pyramid, the Prestige rides on 22-inch wheels and Genesis’ excellent Road Preview suspension, which scans the road ahead with a camera and proactively primes each corner of the vehicle for upcoming road imperfections. The Prestige also comes with an upgraded driver’s seat with massage, three-zone automatic climate control, heated rear seats, a head-up display and active noise cancellation.
The Road Preview suspension is standard on both 3.5T trim levels. The 3.5T Advanced otherwise parallels the 2.5T Advanced, plus a power-folding third row of seats and four-zone automatic climate control. The 3.5T Prestige goes beyond both the Advanced and the smaller engine’s Prestige trim with an electronically controlled limited-slip rear differential, Nappa leather and a synthetic suede headliner. Second-row passengers get spoiled with ventilated and power-adjustable seats, vanity mirrors, powered window shades and power-closing doors.
