Introducing the Gigahub Bonanza!
Hold onto your EV seatbelts, folks! BP Pulse has just cut the ribbon on a shiny new gigahub near LAX airport, promising to electrify the way we charge our cars. This isn’t just any charging station; it’s the largest in the U.S. and the first of many in the works! With a little help from a million grant by the California Energy Commission, this hub sets the stage for a future buzzing with electric excitement.

Charging Ahead with Gigahubs
Located a mere two miles from the airport, this gigahub boasts 48 DC charging piles, offering a delectable mix of 150kw and 400kw options, plus both CCS and NACS plugs. It’s like a buffet for your EV! And while you’re juicing up, you can relax in their lounge, grab a snack from the vending machines, or binge on some complimentary Wi-Fi. Can your gas station do that? Didn’t think so!
The Future’s So Bright…
As BP Pulse continues to expand its electrifying reach with over 40,000 charge points globally—and more than 8,000 in the U.S.—the launch of this gigahub morphs from a mere convenience into a transit revolution. According to Sujay Sharma, CEO of BP Pulse Americas, this hub signals the dawn of a new era where electrification meets convenience and comfort. As more gigahubs come online, particularly in partnership with Hertz, we can all look forward to a future where charging is as easy as stop, plug-in, and chill.
