Cadillac F1’s Strategic Move

In a significant step towards their Formula 1 debut, Cadillac F1 continues to enhance its preparations after securing a major signing from American rivals Haas. The new recruit is none other than veteran team manager Peter Crolla, who has been associated with Haas since its inception.

Peter Crolla’s Legacy at Haas

Crolla joined Haas in 2015, playing a crucial role as the team prepared for their 2016 debut in the competitive world of Formula 1. Since 2017, he has held the position of team manager, contributing to the team’s success and stability. His departure to Cadillac F1 comes as an exciting opportunity for both Crolla and the new team as they aim to establish a strong foothold in Formula 1.

What This Means for Cadillac F1

Expected to join Cadillac F1 in the spring of 2025, Crolla will assume a similar managerial role, bringing invaluable experience to the new American team. Cadillac has already laid the groundwork for their 2026 debut by securing a power unit agreement with Ferrari, allowing them to leverage Haas’s familiar Ferrari power unit technology during the initial years. This strategic move positions Cadillac F1 for a promising start as they prepare to enter the Formula 1 scene.
