Significant Price Reductions on 2025 Models

Dodge has recently announced substantial price cuts for its 2025 Durango and Hornet SUVs as part of a strategy to enhance competitiveness in the auto market. The new pricing makes the mid-size Durango and compact Hornet more accessible to a broader range of consumers. Notably, the V-8-powered Durango R/T is now advertised as starting below $50,000, while the Hornet is priced below $30,000, although both figures necessitate consideration of destination charges.

Details on the 2025 Hornet Pricing

The revamped 2025 Hornet GT now starts at ,590, reflecting a price drop of ,590, which includes a destination fee of ,595. While this adjustment is noteworthy, it is essential to recognize that prices for the rest of the Hornet lineup remain unchanged. The comprehensive pricing structure includes: GT: $31,590; GT Plus: $38,475; R/T: $43,240; R/T Plus: $48,585.

Impact on the Durango Lineup

The cuts for the 2025 Durango models are even more pronounced. The entry-level GT trim has seen a reduction of ,500, bringing its price to ,090. The R/T trim, noted for being the last in its class to feature a V-8, now retails for $51,590 after a drop of $4,500. Most remarkable is the SRT Hellcat, which is now available at $86,590—$28,725 less than the previous special-edition variants. This pricing strategy not only makes the Durango more appealing but also represents a significant decrease compared to the 2024 model year.
