Transitioning from Andretti to Cadillac

The announcement comes after a complex negotiation period, during which an earlier bid by Andretti Global, backed by Cadillac, faced rejection by Formula 1 despite approval from FIA. The withdrawal of the Andretti branding and the establishment of a new partnership with TWG Global have paved the way for this revelation. Notably, Mario Andretti, a legendary figure in American racing, will serve as a director on the board, bridging future aspirations with historical significance.

With this formal agreement, Formula 1 is set for an exciting evolution, championing the integration of established brands like GM/Cadillac into its elite racing environment.
