Exciting News for Hyundai and Genesis EV Owners

Owners of Hyundai and Genesis electric vehicles in the U.S. can now access an extensive network of over 20,000 Tesla superchargers. This innovative move aims to enhance the charging experience for Hyundai and Genesis EV drivers, making it easier than ever to keep their vehicles powered up on the go. Alongside access to these chargers, eligible owners will also receive a complimentary North American Charging Standard (NACS) adapter, which simplifies the charging process.

Eligibility and How to Claim Your NACS Adapter

This offer is available to those who own or lease specific models, including the Hyundai Kona Electric, Ioniq Electric, Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6, and Ioniq 5 N, as well as Genesis models like the GV60, Electrified GV70, and Electrified G80. To qualify, vehicles must have been purchased or leased by January 31, 2025. Eligible customers will begin receiving emails starting the week of April 7, detailing how to claim their complimentary NACS adapter.

A Commitment to Expanding Charging Accessibility

To redeem the adapter, owners must have an active MyHyundai or MyGenesis account and opt into email communications. Once the verification process is complete, customers can request their complimentary adapter at no cost. Hyundai’s initiative not only doubles fast-charging options for its electric vehicle owners but also reflects an ongoing commitment to expanding charging accessibility. Looking towards the future, Hyundai plans to integrate NACS ports in upcoming models, including the 2025 Ioniq 5 and 2026 Ioniq 9, making the charging experience even more seamless.
