Introduction to the Refreshed Vauxhall Mokka

Vauxhall has recently revealed the updated Mokka, a popular crossover that boasts a refreshed look and improved technology features. Although the changes may appear modest at first glance, they represent a significant enhancement to one of Vauxhall’s best-selling vehicles.

Stylish Exterior Changes

The updated Mokka showcases a revamped front end, highlighted by a slimmer grille and contemporary contrast trim replacing the previous faux-chrome finish. Subtle modifications to the headlights and the badge further contribute to the car’s modern aesthetic. Additionally, the change from chrome to black trim running the length of the vehicle elevates its appearance, providing a more upmarket feel.

Enhanced Technology and Powertrain Options

Inside, the Mokka boasts a plethora of new cabin features, including an upgraded steering wheel and advanced tech enhancements. Vauxhall offers the vehicle with a selection of powertrains, including petrol, hybrid, and fully electric options. The hybrid variant combines a 137bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine with a 28bhp electric motor, paired with a six-speed automatic gearbox for a smooth driving experience.

The fully electric ‘e-Mokka’ is powered by a 54kWh battery that delivers 157bhp, enabling a driving range of up to 250 miles. The electric version features specially designed aero wheels and a sculpted bumper, reinforcing Vauxhall’s focus on improving aerodynamic performance without compromising style.

In summary, while the Vauxhall Mokka’s changes may not appear revolutionary, they encapsulate the brand’s commitment to providing a more technologically advanced and visually appealing crossover for its consumers.
