Introducing the 8th-Gen AI Chip

Elon Musk is back at it again, shaking the Tesla tree and making noise about his latest creation: the 8th-gen AI chip. I mean, can someone please remind him that we’re still waiting for the self-driving feature he promised us with the 3rd-gen chip? It’s like waiting for an overcooked steak to become a Michelin star meal; the smoke and mirrors are entertaining at least!

The Self-Driving Dilemma

As Tesla fans, we expect a lot from our beloved vehicles. However, here we are, gripping the steering wheel like it’s our last lifeline while Elon boasts about a chip that’s still on the drawing board. Can someone tell him that until he delivers on driving us around with mere thoughts, we may not be super excited about the newest shiny toy? It’s a little hard to hit the gas when his compensation package at Tesla is up for a shareholder vote this week.

Justification or Just Jazz?

Coincidentally, Musk seems to be sharing more of his genius moments lately, trying to justify that jaw-dropping compensation package—up to $1 trillion, mind you! Just when we thought self-driving was the grand prize, it turns out it’s just smoke and mirrors until the next big reveal. Watch out world, the driving revolution might just be a roadshow that never leaves the parking lot!
