Experience Ultra-Fast Charging at Stratton Mountain

If you’re an electric vehicle (EV) owner in New England, we’ve got exciting news for you! Xcharge NA and Cellerate Power have unveiled what they proudly claim is the fastest EV charging site in Vermont, located conveniently at the base of Stratton Mountain Resort. Opened to the public in late October 2025, this site features cutting-edge technology to enhance your charging experience.

Why the Winhall Charging Station Stands Out

The Winhall site is equipped with Xcharge NA’s C7 ultra-fast chargers, offering an impressive maximum output of 400 kilowatts. This means you can charge your vehicle two to three times faster than with most other charging options currently available in the area. Prior to this, local charging stations were limited, with the nearest fast-charging alternative being about 30 minutes away and restricted to only 150 kw capacity. With both NACS and CCS connectors available, this charging station can accommodate nearly all EV models, making it a great solution for every driver on the road.

Making EV Travel Easier and More Accessible

Accessible EV charging is essential, especially in a region where cold winters and mountainous terrain can heighten range anxiety. According to Aatish Patel, co-founder and president of Xcharge NA, this installation represents their first venture in North America, expanding fast-charging access where it was previously unavailable. Plus, with large 21.5-inch screens available at the chargers, users can enjoy an enhanced charging experience while supporting local economic development! Visit the site at 40 VT Route 30, Winhall, Vermont, the next time you’re heading to the southern Vermont ski and recreation areas, and experience the future of EV charging today!
